The website does not maintain a contact list from this form. Temporary technical hashes limit abuse. The email provider handles the message and delivery logs under the processing conditions linked below; Charles retains enquiries under the retention rule on this page.
Who can access your emails?
Within LUXALTES 2020 S.à r.l., access to enquiries received at charles@diezdecambournac.com is restricted to Charles J. Cambournac, to respond to your request and organise discussions.
Technical email providers handle the delivery and hosting of emails. Their involvement is separate from this internal access; further information about them remains to be specified.
How long do we retain your data?
For an enquiry that does not lead to a business relationship, data is retained for a maximum of 12 months after your last contact. It is deleted sooner when no longer needed. A follow-up sent by Charles does not restart this period.
If a legal obligation or a claim justifies additional retention, only the strictly necessary data is retained separately, with restricted access, for the period applicable to that purpose.
This rule covers enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship. Retention periods for business relationships must be specified according to the processing actually carried out.
Technical preferences
No advertising or audience-measurement tracker has been added to the website. Local storage remembers that you have dismissed the privacy notice (xdc-cookie-notice-v1), until you clear your browser data. Session storage remembers dismissal of the assistant welcome (xdc-assistant-welcome-dismissed) for the browsing session. These settings do not contain your email address or financial answers.
Hosting and technical access
This website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites, provided in the European Economic Area by OpenAI Ireland Ltd., 1st Floor, The Liffey Trust Centre, 117–126 Sheriff Street Upper, Dublin 1, D01 YC43, Ireland.
ChatGPT Sites terms · Hosting data processing agreement
OpenAI processes hosted data to operate, maintain and support the website. Its Sites data processing agreement provides safeguards for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses where applicable. This does not mean that all processing takes place in Luxembourg or Ireland. No verified fixed retention period for platform technical logs is available to the publisher at this stage.
Receiving resources by email
The form requests your email address to send the chosen document. For interactive tools, your choices and summary are also transmitted to Resend to compose the emailed dossier. Choices remain on the page unless you request sending. This request does not subscribe you to a newsletter or share information with a financial partner. A direct download remains available if the delivery service is unavailable.
When activated, the service uses Resend for delivery. The site does not retain an address list: it uses temporary technical hashes to limit abuse. The recipient address is transmitted to the email provider to fulfil the request. Resend states standard email and log retention of 30 days on Free, Pro and Scale plans, with backups lasting 7 days. The provider stores data in the United States even when email is sent from the Europe region. Its processing agreement provides standard contractual clauses for these transfers.

Receiving a resource does not authorise commercial follow-up. Before an introduction, Charles clarifies the recipient, purpose and information to be shared with you. No financial partner automatically receives your resource answers.
